A logo refresh, business cards, event signage and a redesigned WordPress website for Kairos Development, a Maryland real estate and economic development consulting firm.
The project
Kairos helps Maryland communities find the right moment to act, and the money to build. The firm needed a brand and a website that look as established as the work it does.
We refreshed the existing KD monogram, with its sweeping green arc, and built it out into a full set of versions: black, full color, outline and reversed. That system carries through everything that followed.
On the print side, that meant new business cards and a stand-up banner for Kairos’s work with the Purple Line Corridor Coalition. Online, we redesigned kairosdevelopmentllc.com in Divi, leading with a bold green hero, a clear “what we do” story and the firm’s latest projects.
